TieTie reads content you intentionally copy to the system clipboard so it can create a retrievable history inside the app. That history is stored on the current Mac.

No cloud sync
The current version does not provide accounts, cloud backup, or cross-device sync, and does not upload clipboard history for those purposes.
Permissions
macOS may request system permissions so TieTie can observe clipboard changes and paste content into other apps. You can review or revoke them in System Settings at any time.
Deleting data
You can delete individual items or clear history inside TieTie. If you want to fully remove local records before uninstalling, use the in-app clear function first.
